Officer cadets are a bunch of whiny, lethargic jackasses ever. And that, includes gua hehe. We contest instructors’ decisions, we ask a lot and do much much less. What we do is called ‘wayang’ and what we don’t is ‘tactical’. Gua has to testify. Gua slack jack. When there’s stores to be done, gua will open the door and carry out the backbreaking labour of waiting the door. Gua rilek. However, others are more ‘ wayang ‘. Work only when instructors’ there. If not they chill. It’s hilarious how we actually manage to pull off some of the rather tedious and effort-ful exercises but so far, we’ve done pretty pretty well. We laugh more than we are supposed to and we sure have more fun than our firefighters. Plus with regulars that dont act nor look their age, things in CDA are certainly, to put it in a positive way, interesting albeit unpredictable.

Ah so, puasa (fasting) commenced a day ago and we’ve gone through 2 days of hell in the eskimo suits meant for canadian skiiers and sucked dry air from our SCBA tanks during our training. Flashover came and was over in a flash. Now for the LPG fire and, the FIRE BADGE. The accesory that will make our No.4 looks well, decorated. To top it all off, gua sick with a reservoir of phlegm stuck in my lungs and throat bathed in mucus. Ugh.

Plus, saturday stuck at home with a grumbling stomach and HazMat notes doesnt sound like a plan. Gua try. If cannot, gua call you.

10 days off from the eskimo suit and firefighting activies has taken its toll. Gua not looking forward to booking in later tonight. Gua already dressed in course tee and black smart pants. Bags packed. All that’s left is my will. The will to move.

On a brighter note, whilst gua was disappointed by the closure of the FOS branch in Holland V, gua would like to recommend the StarBucks cafe there. Waitress are daym friendly bunch, converses well and smiley. The patrons are hot, sexy an sizzling. Including gua of course, heh.

Now that Fasting month is fast approaching (pun heavily intended), gua cant hang out outside much anymore. Before 7pm cannot eat and after 7 must go pray. But gua chill. So till later, enjoy.

After not too much pondering and hesitation and more of a spur of the moment kinda thing, gua decide to create this online journal to share what gua feel, think, believe and let loose all the pent-up anger, frustrations and summer love.

Before gua begin, was that sentence long or long?

So, gua wanna tell you gua in a real ‘fess up mood man. Breathing’s irregular, abnormal warmth alluva my body. My mind is in a shroud of worry and uncertainty. Random things that gua think about that has the least inkling of connection to one another. Say, the sale of my “older” clothes and the thought of gua havin almost zero-talent. The dread of going back to CDA (Civil Defence Academy) donning the Eskimo suits to finding my first girlfriend.

If that’s not random, then what is?

Gua supposed to be slackjack. Not supposed to think much and gua dont like to think much either. Gives you migraine and frequent visits to head specialists that gives you treatment that requires to STILL go for frequent visits to head specialists. But why am gua whining? Gua dont have migraine. Hopefully, never.

And gua blabber when my mind takes steroids and thinks too much. It’s way too messy that way. And gua hates mess but gua procastinates. So mess is always part of gua. Which then again causes my mind to take steroids and YOU get the picture.

Or, do you?

Now that gua got you hooked to my incessant ramblings and shit, gua hope you come back like Jimi to weed and Yakuza to speed.

But gua warn, pictures are a premium an entries only comes (insyallah) once a week because gua serve the country, eat taxpayers’ money and splurge on Topman sale. So gua busy. But if you’re lucky, two/three updates a week. Anything more than that then you can win 4D with three numbers already.
